The CUSB Gaya campus is located on SH-7 Gaya-Panchanpur road, around 15 Kms from Gaya Railway Station and 25 Kms from Gaya Airport. The campus is well connected through air, railway and road. It is about 15 km from Gaya Railway station. Gaya Railway station is on the main line of the Eastern railway from Howrah to Delhi, which is 20 km from Gaya International Airport and 98 km from Patna airport. 

Globally known as an abode of Bhagwan Gautam Buddha, Gaya is a famous destination for Buddhist pilgrimage as well as Holy locations for Hindus. Gaya Junction (station code – GAYA) is an important station on Howrah – New Delhi route and connected to almost all parts of country with express and mail trains. Rajdhani Express trains plying between New Delhi – Howrah, New Delhi – Sealdah, New Delhi – Bhubaneswar, etc. have their stoppages at Gaya. Many passenger (local) trains ply between Gaya and Patna, Gaya and Deen Dayal Upadhyay Junction, Gaya and Barauni. The nearest major railway stations are Patna Junction (92 kms.), Barauni Junction (158 kms.), Deen Dayal Upadhyay Junction (232 kms.), Varanasi Junction (258 kms.), New Delhi (1050 kms.), Kolkata (460 kms.). Gaya Junction is a tourist and pilgrimage destination usually observe huge rush round the year, hence it is advised to book / reserve the tickets in advance.

By Road :

National Highway (NH) No. 19 between Delhi with Kolkata passes through Gaya and connects the city with major cities as well as other important destinations of India. National Highway (NH) No. 83 connects Gaya with Patna, the capital city of Bihar and north-eastern region of India. Buses run at frequent intervals between Patna and Gaya, it takes about 4 hours to travel between two destinations. From Patna buses are available for all the parts of Bihar.

By Air :

Gaya International Airport (IATA Code: GAY) is having domestic connectivity with Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Varanasi, Bangaluru and other parts of India with limited flights operated by Air India and Indigo airline. Additionally, Gaya is directly connected to Bangkok, Yangon (Myanmar) and many cities of east Asian countries. Jay Prakash Narayan International Airport (Patna) is a major airport connected with several flights with Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Lucknow, Varanasi along with many other destinations. Distance of Patna Airport is about 100 kms. that can be reached by hiring a taxi.
