5 Years Integrated UG-PG in Geography
Objectives of the Program:
The Five-Year (Ten semesters) Integrated Programme in Geography aims to integrate and bridge the gap between social sciences and natural sciences by adopting approach of interface between classroom and community and to foster interdisciplinary, multidisciplinary, transdisciplinary as well as holistic view to solve spatial problems and seeking solutions to address the issues.
Program Outcomes:
The students will develop the ability to think critically and apply analytical skill to interpret geographical phenomena, pattern, and processes. The students would be equipped to undertake studies at a higher (doctoral) level and join academic profession or to adopt professional career in the corporate/government sectors.
Eligibility: 10+2 or equivalent examination in any stream from any recognized Board /University with at least 45 % marks for General/OBC/EWS and 40% for SC/ST/PWD candidate.

M.A./ M.Sc. Geography
Objectives of the Program:
The Two Year (Four Semesters) Post Graduate Programme is designed to understand the theoretical and applied aspects of geography as a branch of knowledge for a professional or academic purposes.
Program Outcomes:
The two year (four semesters) Post-Graduate Programme is designed to train the students on the ever- expanding knowledge base in Geography.
Eligibility: Bachelor’s Degree from recognized university having Geography as a subject (Hons. / General) with a minimum of 45% marks for General/ OBC/EWS candidates and 40% marks for SC/ST/PWD candidates.

Objectives of the Program:
The students of this programme are encouraged to develop analytical perspectives required to explore new horizons of knowledge in the field of Geography.
Program Outcomes:
At the end of program, students should have theoretical paradigm at the backdrop of the empirical research that has sound implications for policy.
Eligibility: MA/MSc in Geography with 55% in aggregate or its equivalent grade B in UGC 7 Point scale from any recognized university. A relaxation of 5% of marks from 55 to 50% or equivalent relaxation of Grade for SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/ Differently abled candidates.
