Transport

• The section is responsible for Allotment of Vehicles for various functions/Programmes organized by different department of the university as per the received indents.
• Processes the files related to maintenance/service/minor repairs/insurance of the university vehicles.

Diary & Dispatch

• Letters received from Post Office/courier are disbursed to different section/department/offices & Faculty/officials.
• University Letters/documents for dispatch are booked through BNPL services.

ID Card

• Preparation & issue of Id Cards for Students, Teaching & Non-Teaching Staff are being maintained at the level of ID Card section.
