Education means to draw out. The Central University of South Bihar believes on this philosophy that every individual is capable of becoming anything and achieving any milestone. Education is a means to transform nation, society, family & individuals. To inculcate values in human relations and cherish the nature; the IQAC Cell conduct towards quality of content, updating with scientific and humane temperament and upgrading each unit of nation, society and family.

Higher education system plays a key role in the development of nation, with a great deal of responsibility to cadre a quality education environment for the benefit of society and interns, the nation. Thus, setting up a benchmark for quality standard and practices along with a regular assessment has become an integral part of any institution and/or University. It is to make sure that a sustainable quality benchmark and best practices is being adhere in academic and administrative activity. In this regard, the role played by an Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) becomes of high importance and crucial. The IQAC cell, here in CUSB is actively working to enable all state holders to eliminate all threats and concerns responsible for restricting their goals to follow. For this a highly motivated and passion filled team has been constituted who, with sincerity and dedication are participating in the consistent and incremental growth of the University. With active participation of all the members, we make concrete steps for the improvement and overall development of the University on NAAC performance and quality scale. Our team is responsible for pipelining of various measures and efforts which has to be taken for

1. Promoting our University towards achieving academic and research excellence through consistent action plans for improving Academic and Administrative performance benchmarks.
2. For facilitating quality enhancement, a planned interventionist strategy required to overcome our deficiencies and make use of our strength in a circumstantial way.
3. Promoting best practices and developing a quality culture for incremental development of CUSB.

We are fortunate to have a great work environment with a bunch full of dedicated, sincere and experienced workforce to play such a role. The IQAC committee is dedicated to adhere to such activity and in turns play a crucial role in the development CUSB with a pledge to achieve an excellence in all the aspects and criterion as per the NAAC guideline.
