1. The candidate must be a citizen of India.
2. A candidate must hold a Graduate degree of any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of the central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or possess an equivalent qualification.
3. The candidate must have attained the minimum age of 21 years and must not have exceeded the age of 36 years.
4. The candidate must belong to Scheduled Caste category.
5. The candidate has not received any monetary benefits from any of the other schemes by Government of India, States/UTs or any funding agency.

1. 100 candidates will be selected based upon the merit list finalized after the conduct of entrance test.
2. The Entrance Test will be as per the Union Public Service Commission’s CSE’s Preliminary Test syllabus.
3. The Entrance Test will consist of 100 Multiple Choice based questions.

33% of the total sanctioned seats for coaching will preferably be given to the eligible female candidates of SC category. In case the sufficient number of eligible female candidates does not apply, University may allocate the vacant seats to the male/transgender candidates (Scheduled Castes Candidates Only).
