Priyanka Kumari, a research scholar from the Department of Physics at Central University of South Bihar (CUSB), Gaya, received prestigious SARANSH-2024 Thesis Presentation Award in the category of Physical & Mathematical Sciences organised by Indian National Young Academy of Sciences (INYAS) at INSA, New Delhi. She received a memento, certificate, and a cash prize of Rs. 4000 in recognition of her thesis presentation and research work. CUSB Vice-Chancellor Prof. Kameshwar Nath has ccongratulated Priyanka Kumar and her PhD supervisor Dr. Rohit R Shahi, Assistant Professor, Physics.  Prof. Venktesh singh, Head, Physics, Prof. Amiya Priyam, Dean, SPCS, CUSB and other faculty members have congratulated Priyanka for the award. Dr. Rohit R Shahi, Thesis supervisor of Mrs Priyanka and group leader of FMRL lab, CUSB Gaya, congratulated Priyanka for the award and said she got this award for the three minutes thesis presentation on the Magnetic properties of High Entropy Alloys in the effective and simplified manner. The SARANSH-2024 Thesis Competition is competitive event included PhD students from all over the country and comprises of both a preliminary and a final round. This award is sponsored by Springer Nature. In the winner list students are from different prestigious institutions like IIT, BARC, and CSIR. Mrs. Kumari’s research and exceptional presentation skills earned her this national level prestigious recognition. She dedicated this award to his family and said without the constant support of them it could not be possible.
