Cultural evening organized at Gargi Sadan Girls Hostel of CUSB

The students gave a wonderful cultural presentation in the cultural evening organized at Gargi Sadan Girls Hostel of Central University of South Bihar (CUSB). The programme started with lighting of the lamp by Vice Chancellor Prof. Kameshwar Nath Singh, Dr. Sunita Singh was present as the special guest on this occasion. The event was organized by Chief Warden Mrs. Renu with the cooperation of other wardens and hostel staff under the patronage of Vice Chancellor Prof. Kameshwar Nath Singh. DSW Prof. Pawan Kumar Mishra, Deputy Proctor Dr. Mangalesh Mangalam, Deputy Registrar Mr. Pratish Das etc. were present in the function along with other professors and staff.

After the formal inauguration, Vice Chancellor Prof. K.N. Singh wished all the girls of the hostel for their bright future. He said that the Government of India has come up with many schemes to develop girls socially. These schemes are being implemented for you, and without the development of daughters, the development of India cannot gain momentum. As a special guest, Dr. Sunita Singh said that girls are the mirror of any society, the more educated the girl in a society is, the more that society will progress. The number of girls in higher education is constantly increasing and I hope its positive effect will be seen in the coming times.

Earlier the Chief Warden of the hostel, Mrs. Renu welcomed the honored guests and honored the guests by giving them a plant. While presenting the annual report, Mrs. Renu told in detail about the programs organized by the hostel throughout the year. Thereafter, a cultural programme was presented by the students of the hostel in which they won everyone's heart by presenting dance, song etc. On this occasion, the students shared their experiences of the hostel. Among the students, Vedika Nandan, Deepali, Geetanjali, Hema, Isha, Shalu and Khushi played an important role in organizing the program. On this occasion, the Vice Chancellor honoured Krishna, Vinita, Sana, Surabhi, Ananya along with the members of the organizing team with a certificate for their excellent work as a hostel committee. The programme was conducted by law student Shivangi and the vote of thanks was given by Aastha Bharti, a research student of social sciences.
