Learning is the key to personal and social progress, his vision is contained in the power of knowledge and the message of Saraswati Dham. The above statement was given by Vice Chancellor Prof. Kameshwar Nath Singh in the inaugural ceremony of IGNOU B.Ed workshop organized in the Department of Teacher Education of South Bihar Central University. In his presidential address, Vice Chancellor Prof. K. In Singh inspired the gathering by emphasizing on the transformative power of education. He congratulated the Department of Teacher Education for organizing the workshop and wished the participants. The workshop was inaugurated by the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Ravi Kant and Dr. N.V. Singh etc. by lighting the traditional lamp. Honorable Vice Chancellor was honored by the Dean and Chairman of School of Education Prof. Ravi Kant by presenting a memento. After this, Prof. Ravi Kant formally inaugurated the orientation programme and encouraged the trainees to embrace the workshop as a platform to learn and excel.

He extended a warm welcome to the new batch of B.Ed. trainees and said that this workshop is the beginning of their journey of academic and professional transformation. An interactive session was also organised in the workshop where the trainees introduced themselves and shared the names of their institutions. This encouraged a sense of community and mutual bonding among the participants. The day concluded with a vote of thanks presented by Dr. N.V. Singh, Assistant Professor, Department of Teacher Education, thanking all the esteemed guests, teachers and trainees. Finally, the programme ended with the National Anthem, which graced this special day with inspiration, learning and a resolve for future achievements.
